Return & Refund Policy – Ani B Customs

At Ani B Customs, all products are made to order. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

 


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect from what you ordered

You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

 


How to Submit a Claim

 

 

 

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please email: anibcustoms@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, including:
    • The defect or damage
    • The full product
    • Packaging (if applicable)

⚠️ Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside of the 7-day window may be denied.

 

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no cost to you, OR
  • A refund will be issued if a replacement is not possible

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ani B Customs is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier issues after the package has been shipped

However, if your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
