Thank you for shopping with Ani B Customs. All items are made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create your custom pieces.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Ani B Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or high shipping volume
- Customs delays (for international orders)
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ani B Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days with photo proof.
